   Is it possible to disable the right click options on individual images?

   It is technically possible, but it's not something that Simple Lightbox will do. I'd recommend searching Google for some javascript to disable right-clicking on images.

   Ok thanks - all posts and pages will include many photos - where do I paste the script?

   It depends on the script that you ultimately use, which should have instructions on how to implement it on your site.
