Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on a note link.
2. Click on the return arrow.
Expected behaviour:
You see the note link again
Actual behaviour:
The note link is obscured by the WP 3.1 admin bar.
Sidenote: I never understood why the admin bar has to always be visible.
Most of the time, having it at the top is enough.
