Works in FF, but in IE redirects to FB external page err? (4 posts)

Recently started using SFC, I've only enabled the LIKE button functionality. I have the position set to "manually add the button" (in button+counter mode) since for now I only FB integration on a handful of pages.

I have added the Recommend button via shortcode [fb-like] to this page.

It works pretty seamlessly in Firefox 9, but oddly in IE9 - although the button renders and shows the # of 'likes' - clicking the LIKE button spawns a new window which redirects to...
    http://www.facebook.com/connect/connect_to_external_page_reload.html

Note that in both FF and IE I am logged on as the same user.

Incidentally, you likely know this, but just in case not - if you are logged on to FB as a "page", instead of showing the REC/LIKE button, an alert that "you are logged on as a page" shows up ... not a problem, just wanted to make sure folks knew.

Finally, is there a way to right justify the LIKE/REC button? I tried right-justifying hte [fb-code] in the body of the page, but that just ended up pushing the button out to the middle of the page, not to the far right. Maybe it's a width issue, what is hte default width of the like button, and how can one change?

Something like [fb-like width=450] should do the trick.

"[fb-like width=100]" and using RIGHT justify did the trick - thank you!

Any thoughts on the weird behavior in IE, where hitting the LIKE/REC link (even when logged on to FB as user) ends up redirecting to http://www.facebook.com/connect/connect_to_external_page_reload.html ?

Unfortunately, the actual behavior of the button is controlled by Facebook. There's no code in the plugin for that.
