I love the Simple Facebook Connect plugin.
One question though, When i make a post which appears on my facebook account, automatically a link back to my website appears.
As I don't want that link, I would like to know how I can delete it.
(it might look like an idiot question, but when i make a link back to that post my whole wordpress site gets messed up).

One other thing would also be fine.
Instead of the post on facebook links directly to my post on my website, can i change the url facebook links to? (so i can let it link to my blog section on my site?)
No, you can't remove that link. That link is the entire point of the Publish module. Without that link, then there's no point to publishing anything to Facebook at all.
I'd recommend looking for another plugin. I don't think SFC is going to do what you want it to do.
