   Here is an odd bug. I'm logged into Facebook under my profile's fan page it owns and on my WordPress install. I have Simple Facebook setup to publish to my profile's fan page.

   I edit a recently published post and find that the Facebook Publisher has informed me that there is either some bad java script or a plugin in conflict with it, and it can not display buttons. I try cleaning the post of all Java Script. I disable all plugins but Simple Facebook. Nothing works.

   I log into Facebook, and switch out of my Fan Page profile into my personal profile. Then I go back to WordPress and reload the post editor. Facebook Publisher is working fine.

   I believe this is a bug. I don't like the idea of me forgetting to log back into my personal profile (which is setup not to post) and having everything break on my WordPress install.

   There is nothing that can be done about this. If you're logged in as the Fan Page, then manual publishing buttons will not work. Can't be fixed. It's a consequence of how Facebook implemented that log-in-as-page feature.

   When you're logged in as the page, you are *not* logged in as "you" anymore, and so you cannot publish using your normal credentials. Those FB publishing buttons are trying to publish as you, and thus they won't work because you are no longer you as far as Facebook is concerned.

   I cannot fix it. Complain to Facebook.

   Does auto-publishing work like that too?

   I manage a multi-author blog, and I granted credentials when I installed the SFC plugin. If the other author publishes something, does auto-publish should work, shouldn't it?

   That is what I am worried about. I've only gotten SFC to repost once, manually days ago and now it won't post automatically or manually at all, giving me a Facebook popup saying try again latter. I don't know if this is a related bug or not.

   I'm getting the same error if I try to post to FB manually, and no-errors (but also no posts done) when auto-posting

   Does auto-publishing work like that too?

   No, totally different process there. Auto-publishing remembers your tokens and directly posts to the Graph API. Your logged in state shouldn't matter there.

   If you change your FB password, this will invalidate your access tokens, and then auto-posting will stop working.

   Thanks for your answer.

   So I have some problems with auto-posting too, it simply does not post it.

   Is there any way to enable a log to see what's happening?
