   I am using Simple Facebook Connect, Simple Google Connect and Simple Twitter Connect, and have activated authentication (and comments) in all 3. My question is how can I define the order in which the buttons appear? At the moment, Twitter is 1st, facebook 2nd, Google 3rd, while I'd like Facebook 1st, Google 2nd, Twitter 3rd.

   Also, if I want to allow comments only via Facebook, Google and Twitter logins, and don't want to allow people to register on my site otherwise, what should I do?
