    Yes, if all the sites share the same root domain. If they don’t, then you’ll have to make a new FB Application for each site.

    And what are the steps to do so as to add a user to each of the sister sites, when he registers/logs in to any of the sites.

    There are no extra steps. SFC doesn’t control what sites the user can access. That’s all down to normal WP user management. SFC just allows users to login using their FB credentials.
