    Hi there!

I downloaded and installed simple facebook connect, and set up my facebook app. Got that info in for the base config, activated the plugins I want to use (Comments, login, like button, publish, register, and share), and ... nothing.

I tried adding the bit of code to the comments page, (even though my version of WP is a later one than needed), and the only thing showing up on my blog now (www.celebrationgeneration.com/blog) is "Connect to Facebook", in text, with no link to anything.

I tried disabling "sexy bookmarks", thinking that may have been hampering it, but that didn't change anything - so I reactivated it.

Damn it Jim... I'm a baker, not a code monkey. I can follow instructions well enough, but I'm not so hot at getting funky with trouble shooting. Any idea what I did wrong / need to correct? Was hoping to add this and the simple twitter connect both.

Make sure your theme includes both the wp_head() and wp_footer() calls correctly in both the header.php and the footer.php. The plugin has to add some javascript to the page, and if either of those is missing, then it can't do that.

Not to be completely retarded, but what exactly am I looking for to know if it's correct?

I'm sorry! I can paste/email what I have, if that helps?

Examine the default theme for examples. Also see this:

Awesome, thanks! Looks like I was just missing the footer code, took like 2 seconds to get it up and working!

    This is badass. Thank you!
