You don't have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8m DAV/2 mod_fcgid/2.3.5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at http://www.nandkdesign.com Port 80

    Someone help please.

That's not an SFC specific error. If you can't access wp-login.php, then you can't login at all.

I can login to admin page and so with the regular login. I don't get it. I can login to admin using SFC but not as a regular user.

I don't understand what you mean. What is a "regular user"?

Where is this breaking? How are you creating this error, exactly?

The Comment plugin doesn't reference wp-login.php at all. That is strictly for "anonymous" commenting. Basically, it's just an alternative to typing in your name and email and such.

If you require people to register in order to comment, then the comment plugin will not work for you.
