[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Final FIX for API KEY issues

Facebook finally did away with the old facebook.com/developers/app.php pages. Any links to that page will auto forward to the new developer.facebook.com page.

I used the old fix it method last night around this time and it worked, but not today!!!

In order to use a fresh installation of SFC you must use the dev version.

Otto I always appreciate your talents and hate seeing people get so pissed off at you about the stuff that facebook breaks.
