[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Facebook Image media selector not working

The Facebook Image button in the post media upload window doesn’t see to find any photos or albums to select from when link to either the Facebook App page or a related Fan Page.

Both app and fan pages had plenty of images and albums already uploaded. Signing in to Facebook for verification and allowing access didn’t make things work any better.

This is for a multi-site install using subdomains.
