[plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] – comment impl. only shows: Connect with Fb.

Hi – greate plugin!

I’ve done the implementation as described in the txt and faq regarding comments, but i only get a flat text “Connect with Facebook” on my comment section like this:

It’s an icelandich website 😉
