Dropbox has changed some stuff in light of recent security issues they encountered so I had to push an update to disable CURL. I am waiting to hear back from them on how to resolve the issue so I should be pushing another update tomorrow if all goes well.
Ok sounds good! Thanks for the quick response
If you change the setting in the admin from pear to curl and save the settings, test the form and let me know if you get an error just to confirm since aside from myself and one other person I haven’t gotten any other feedback on it not working.
Why dont you give it a shot & see if Im missing anything: http://riecespiec.es/submit-your-music/
Heres what I get now with those changes you recomended:
Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: Invalid curl configuration option in /home/content/27/9085727/html/wp-content/plugins/simple-dropbox-upload-form/inc/Dropbox/OAuth/Curl.php on line 128
Error: Curl error: (52) Empty reply from server
Thats the result. Thanks for verifying it for me. I hope to have an update out today.
The CURL issue should be resolved now. I have pushed another update to re-enable it.
Hi!
Even with the 1.8.5 you released there seem to be an issue
Fatal error: Call to a member function setToken() on a non-object in /var/www/ud04_296/html/dieschoenes.de/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/simple-dropbox-upload-form/wp-dropbox.php on line 272
I have been having issues using curl as well. The only thing I can suggest is to switch the option in the admin to PEAR and see if that will work on your host. If you are on shared hosting it will likely not work using the PEAR option though. Another option would be to revert to version 1.8.3 and see if it is something that might have changed that is causing the issue. If this is the case let me know so I can figure out what exactly the problem might be.
For me, it only works using CURL
curl works with 1&1 shared hosting, PEAR does not.
