    Took me a while to work this one out too.

    I was having problems with the visual editor in Chrome. The text went white and the formatting bar disappeared. I disabled AdBlock Plus and the problem went away. This is worth noting.

    Try to use classic TinyMCE buttons: Ads->Settings->Admin Layout->TinyMCE Editor Button Mode

    In Internet Explorer 9 (64bit) the whole backend for banners doesn’t work properly. In some cases you can’t even shift the options. I use Firefox and then it works. Maybe the programmer should improve crossbrowser-compatibility.
