[Plugin: Simple Ads Manager] Feature request: Combined filter for home and specific page/post

According to combined placements of the start site/home and page/post, there is an issue I think: In the backend of SAM I only have the possibility to either show banners on home and pages or only show on specific pages/posts.

So if you want to show a banner only on home and a certain single page, you have to choose the first option mentioned above and in the restrictions tab you have to choose all the pages/posts where the banner should not appear.

That is very time-consuming and a hard job to do if you have a lot of pages and posts. And because the pages/posts are counting of course, you have to adjust the banner every time you make a new one.

So it would be a great thing, if you could implement a function with which one can combine the display of a banner for home site and a specific page/post or some pages/posts.
