   Hello,

   I setup everything but it doesn't work.
   Does it dont work because I use a cache plugin "db-cache-reloaded"?

   I remove the cache-plugin but it still not work.
   Do I have to insert Code in single.php of wordpress?
   Can you help?

   Ok, now Its work.

   I have one problem:

   How I can display ads (300 x 250 Medium Rectangle) left beside the postcontent?

   Set Ads Place "code before" to <div style="float: left; width: 300px"> and "code after" to </div>. On settings page select this Ads Place in selectbox "Ads Place before content" ( "Auto Inserting Settings"). Check checkboxes "Allow Ads Place auto inserting before post/page content" and "Allow using predefined Ads Place HTML codes (before and after codes)". That is all.
