I just upgraded the plugin, from the upgrade window... I did not read the notice on the plugin homepage prior to upgraded so, I did not follow the "upgrade from the plugin page" instruction.
I am getting two errors on the top of the Simple Ads Manager admin page that say:
Database table wp_pv_sam_ads hasn't been upgraded!
Database table wp_pv_sam_zones hasn't been upgraded!
I have deleted the widget and re-installed it, and I am still seeing these alerts.
The plugin is not working properly. It only shows default ads. Any ads I have added to zones are marked inactive and cannot be reactivated.
Please help.

Did anybody find an answer on this or how to roll back one version. I am having the same issue. And cannot access the plugins forum.

I had to create a new wordpress installation, then reinstall all of my plugins one at a time. Then I exported my content from the old site and imported it to the new site. I basically had to rebuild my site, but it worked. I have Simple Ads Manager back up and running. I think I could have just deleted the tables, but I did was over researching it.
I also could not create an account on the SAM Support Forum as minimus requested. The password the system emailed after I registered would not work.
The plugin is awesome... I should have backed everything up like I was supposed to. It would have saved me a lot of time.
