I'm using the Sideblog plugin (http://katesgasis.com/2005/10/24/sideblog/) and it works well, but I would like my sideblog posts to appear in the archives and in searches, and they don't. Is there a way to alter the plugin to do that?

Oh well, I've just been doing it manually, by changing the category after the post is off the front page. Not the best solution but it's all I have.
