Choice horizontal or vertical option is set after widget is already configured and placed into sidebar. I didn't notice that until after I had already reported SidebarTabs as broken, and I had already given it a 1-star rating. Don't pass judgement too quickly, as I did. This seems to be a great plugin. It's one of the few of its kind that is good and still supported. I changed my comment to Working, but the star voting system will not allow me to change my vote to 4-stars.
