this started to appear when i upgraded to the latest version, how to i make it all lower case? i tried the css style.

Css will work http://www.w3schools.com/Css/pr_text_text-transform.asp. Make sure your applying the style to the correct part.
Or edit the plugin and remove the UCWORDS function wrapping the username.
