[Plugin: Shortcodes Ultimate] NO SIDEBAR?

    Let me explain more. What I meant is sidebar on the right or left side of Pages or Posts?

    Shortcodes is not a theme. It is a collection of shortcodes for your theme. Whatever theme you are using, may not have a side-bar.
