   It works for me locally but not on my remote site.

   There is just no Settings page.
   If I just try to navigate to the url (wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharethis.php)
   I get

   You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

   Tried deactivating all the other plugins, but never got the page.

   Same thing happening on a second wordpress site.

   I can access the settings page on my local site, but not on the remote site.
   On the local site with wp_debug i see this error:

   Notice: Use of undefined constant manage_options - assumed 'manage_options' in /Users/alvar/Sites/ds/dmy/wp/wp-content/plugins/share-this/sharethis.php on line 606
