   I just installed this plugin and was having issues when saving a post, that it said "Headers Already Sent...yadda yadda" - just wanted to post my solution.

   On line 606 of the file sharethis.php, there are some quotation marks missing. To fix, just add quotes around 'manage_options' and all should be good...
