[Plugin: Sharebar] Adding Code To Excerpt (4 posts)

It appears there's a problem with Sharebar, it's adding a code to the RSS_EXCERPT that my theme is pulling as the description of the post (specifically the Digg button). I've removed the Digg button, but it still adds "Share Tweet" before the description, which is obviously not acceptable. Any fix for this as it is really annoying and I didn't expect Sharebar to be modifying any meta descriptions...?

Hi ...were you able to solve this? I just installed the latest version and it's still happening.

I have this issue. It's adding "Tweet" to our Meta Description on our blog. Using WordPress 3.3.

This affects all our meta description tags. Prior to Sharebar's implementation, this did not happen.

    Examples: https://www.google.com/webhp?hl=en#sclient=psy-ab&hl=en&site=webhp&source=hp&q=site:infusionblog.com+Tweet&pbx=1&oq=site:infusionblog.com+Tweet&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=e&gs_upl=1427l9101l0l9479l35l26l2l0l0l0l257l4077l3.16.7l28l0&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&fp=75c72e6ffd8ae8d7&biw=1680&bih=843

I'm happy to assist in troubleshooting. Any thoughts on how to fix?

    Thanks!

I fixed this by going to Settings > Sharebar, clicking Edit for the twitter option, and removing the word Tweet from the code for the buttons.
