Luke, this has been cleaned. hope the new version works for you now.

Very nice plugin, a few translations in addition and it will look quite perfect 🙂

    Thanks Tanahaa,

I plan to have a bunch of language stuff added within the next few weeks.

There are some small parts that need an extra special bit of attention. Also I have moved into adding many words for each language, this is making the plugin grow out of proportion. So I expect to move to a CDN version and maybe have to offer a pro-version with more options and stuff. Hopefully I can pay for the CDN from donations, if not I expect I will look at some token charge as it should be very cheap for most sites.

There is however a bunch of new stuff to add to the plugin from other peoples suggestions short term plans and feature requests

I’m keeping the dev path really organic so, I’m listening to the users and giving them exactly what they want. So be sure to join the conversation and let me know what it is you want.

    All the best
    andy

I’ve seen a small problem I am working on for the Share Widget. If you are upgrading to 1.11.20 or above you may need to re-add your share widgets to your theme if they stop working. Just remove it and add a new one.

trying to find a fix. regards andy.

I’m having a few problems with your plugin Andy.

The problems relate to the follow links at the foot of the main column.

WE have only completed the follow link to our new Facebook page, yet all of the other sharing links are displaying for some reason.

And the RSS feed link isn’t working at all, reason being it is missing a forward slash. However, it works on on the side link, which is a bit odd.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have upgraded to the latest version of WP v 2.9.2

Andy, I have sorted the problem with the sharing links at the foot of the main column, however, the RSS feed still isn’t working… any suggestions?

I have deactivated this plugin as the bottom RSS link does not work.

I like this plugin, but even though I’m only using three buttons on the left side of my page (facebook, twitter, and RSS), this plugin uses 179 lines of code.
Lines 23 to 202 of my page are all being used by Share and Follow.
    Am I doing something wrong?
    Is this normal?

    Mark,

apologies for not replying sooner. The problem I expect was to do with the trailing slash on the feed where it would make it sitename.comfeed and not sitename.com/feed. this has just been fixed.

let me know if you have any more problems. and you might find a more active set of info on the plugin website http://share-and-follow.com/wordpress-plugin/

    regards
    Andy

    Hello PureTonePianos ,

Yes this is normal and you can change it if you wish. It’s currently set to put the CSS in to the head setion of your pages so that you see instant changes and no chaching issues when you make changes. However it does not have to be like this, you can change the option to make it use CSS instead of this.

If you goto the last box in the share and follow admin page, you will find the CSS management bit. Change the first answer from NO to YES. This will set it up to be an external CSS file. But be aware that when you make changes there may be some lagg in your browser reflecting those changes.

    regards
    Andy

    http://share-and-follow.com/wordpress-plugin/support/

Dear all that wish to post here and get support please realise that I do not get here as often as the support page on the website for the plugin

    http://share-and-follow.com/wordpress-plugin/support/

Click the link above and make a comment and I will fix it much quicker than any questions left here. The main reason for this is that this forum does not notify me via email when you post here.

So if you want instant answers, please use the support page on the website.

Also there is a fair chance your problem is there already and maybe fixed.

All the best and thanks for downloading and trying the plugin.
