Unless I'm missing it, it seems like Skin support has been removed from this version?
Any ideas?

Skin support has not been totally removed. With shadowbox.js came a number of changes to the skinning capability. And as such none of the previous skins worked. In addition the way that a skin is loaded is completely different.
There is information in the FAQ about how to use a new skin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/shadowbox-js/faq/
However, you may want to look at this thread at the shadowbox-js.com site:
http://n2.nabble.com/Quesiton-about-skinning-in-3.0-td2611836ef1309102.html#a2611836
What is required now is a javascript markup file with the skins markup. The second is a replacement css file for the styling.
By using the 2 filters listed in the FAQ you can override both the markup and the css, or even just one or the other.
Thank you for the information.
