   I am using the newest wordpress and Shadowbox version.
   But it will not work..
   This is the url:
   http://www.campingdestriene.nl/website/sportivitei-_onder_boven_water/duiksport/duiken-in-tholen

   It seems to work in the default theme...

   What is wrong now?

   Your themes footer.php does not seem to have <?php wp_footer(); ?> directly before the </html>. See the default themes footer.php for usage and placement.
