[Plugin: SexyBookmarks | email, bookmark, share buttons] Unnecessary folder path. Possible security
-
Hello,
We just installed Sexybookmarks to a multisite and just love it.Still. When went over to a customer’s site as site-admin we find on the settings page:
Custom Path to Shareaholic
/home2/oursite/public_html/wp-content/blogs.dir/5/files/shareaholic/
File Resources Set Custom Path:
Default Path:
/home2/oursite/public_html/wp-content/blogs.dir/5/files/shareaholic/Why is that. I find it quite unnecessary.
I mean site-admins can NOT set a custom path. Can they [horror]????
I take it only super-admins should be allowed to see and “mess” with the path.So why should site-admins be aware of the full path to a server folder? Even more since many of them have their domains mapped.
Furthermore I believe that this could be a security leak [horror again] !!!!Is there someway we could (at least temporarily) hide it?
Can you please see to it?Thank you
