plugin settings not carrying over to new sites (6 posts)

I started a multisite blog for a blogging competition and im having some issues. I have implemented some plugins and they are network activated but the settings are not carrying over once to a new site once a new user creates a blog . For example facebook comments needs an id number from a facebook application when a new user creates a blog they get an error message for facebook comments because the id number is not carried over to the new sites plugin settings.

Are there any plugins or hacks that can carry over all plugin settings to a new site. I found wpdev's default template but it costs money and this is a grassroots type of operation.

Thanks in Advance for any info

There's only the two different paid version for this.

plugins that don't carry over settings to new blogs need to be coded to do so.

    The plugins themselves.

Or, use one of the two paid plugins out there that copies this stuff to new blogs.
