   Wow! That's a lot of back-and-forth for one plugin. It's a great seo tool, but watch your resources.

   SEO Ultimate should be making zero queries per page load (assuming no new data is saved) because its wp_options entry autoloads. What tool are you using to measure database queries?

   I just added a page counter in the code. With the SEO Ultimate, (all cache disabled) it counted 142 on the single-post pages, and with the SEO Ultimate disabled, the query count went to 84.

   Yes, SEO ultimate has slow down the performance of my site as well...its an awesome plugin but making my pages load too slow.
