[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] SEO and Woocommerce

Having used the SEO on another blog and being extremely pleased with it, i decided to use it on a new blog with woocommerce and one of their themes, however it doesnt seem to work correctly and pages vanish as in page not found error

anyone else used the same setup?
