Then i discovered that og: meta values are not removed from the header when you disable the module.
And yes, I emptied the cache.

Open Graph Integrator is coded such that when the module is disabled, the function that adds the meta tags doesn't run. In my tests, the tags do disappear when the module is disabled. I know you said you emptied the cache, but it sounds like there still must be something that's caching it. Did you clear both your caching plugin and your browser cache?
