   After I edit seo-ultimate-it_IT.po(mo), which php file I add this IT language? Thanks~

   You don't have to do anything to the seo-ultimate-it_IT file to use SEO Ultimate in Italian. All you have to do is set up WordPress to use Italian and SEO Ultimate will automatically do likewise.
