   Thanks for this great plugin! Three days old and I don't want to miss it already.

   Here's a few quick suggestions I gathered:

   * for my own keyword list, I'd love to be able to specify my own title for my links
   * for internal links, I'd love to have the ability to "camel case" titles (PHP's ucfirst() could probably do that)
   * the ability to not have anything in
