I can see where the problem lies. I modified the Rank Reporter to check Google’s page of 100 results rather than 10 pages of 10 results. I did this to speed up the Rank Reporter. According to this SERP page above, the Rank Reporter is correct. Your site is at #11.
I may consider changing this back.

I’m having a similar problem.
If you do a Google keyword search for “bank equipment” my website http://www.bankequipment.com/ will appear in the second or third position. I’m currently using Rank Reporter 2.1.2 on WordPress 3.2.1
Rank Reporter was correctly reporting that position up until August 30, 2011 then after that date Rank Reporter presented a rank of “Not in top 100”, which is not correct, and has been reporting the incorrect rank since the end of August.
What do I need to do to have Rank Reporter correctly report the rank of my website using the Google keyword search of “bank equipment”?

Seems like 2.1.4 is still giving the wrong result for me.
According to Rank Reporter, I’m at #17 for “wedding photography” using google.com.au
But if I do a search in google.com.au, I’m at #4
