   Should be a nice plugin but unfortunately does not work (?)
   Seems I am not the only one so I guess the plugin might need to be updated (?)

   Yep, same for me. The %title does not get interpreted at all. It just blankly sets all alt and title to the file name of the image...

   I just installed it and it works fine for me. Perhaps a plugin conflict?
