   No instruction, how to insert or not-insert a comment form to specific post or page.

   I never used comment for my posts. But later intend to use facebook comments. I installed it but no comment appeared. may be needed some extra coding. But plugin coder provided no instruction for that.

   Looks like Facebook comments will not appear if you disable WordPress comments (well, at least that's what happens with my theme).

   Exactly, the comments from the plugin are appended to the WordPress default comment system
