[Plugin: SEO Data Transporter] Question on Thesis SEO and SEO plugins

    Hello, I have been using Thesis and I have been filling in Meta tags in the Thesis box within the Page Admin. I need to do an update on index and follows and archives and rather to do every single page, I am thinking about using SEO Ultimate feature that allows me to specify all in one page.
    Do I need to migrate my meta tags from the Thesis built in SEO before I use the SEO Ultimate, or can I leave them there and update SEO Ultimate with the no-follow/archive/index info? Will this work?
    The more general question would be: can the built-in SEO found in certain themes like Thesis co-exist with SEO plugins?
