   Sad to see that this plugin and its functionality are no longer supported according to a message on their web site.

   Thanks for your interest and support to the project.

   Due to due to repeated infringement of the terms of service and fraudulent use by publishers we are unfortunately not able to continue the service.

   We regret to inform you that all accounts have been suspended.

   Please un-install the plugin from your WordPress installation.
