Plugin Search Gives Error

Hi I just did a manual upgrade to an old wordpress installation an d now when I do a plug in search I get this error:

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

I am running a multisite network on my domain but there;s only one site installed.

After installation it did a database update too.
