   Is it possible to exclude a specific custom field?

   I need to exclude a couple of custom fields from results... I have a few custom fields that add keywords to the page title ( for SEO ) and keywords on the pages ( again for Google search ) but want these fields excluded from search results on the site itself... is this possible? To exclude a few custom fields themselves? Any insight would be greatly appreciated...
