Plugin script not working on homepage

I would like to know why my plugin works anywhere on the site, except for the homepage. Any ideas?

I’ve checked for syntax errors and the likes, and I’ve even tested with a simple alert box that should pop up (and does everywhere except for the homepage), but it simply won’t work. It’s not just one kind of script, it’s any script that won’t function on the homepage. Like, I don’t even see it in the console. Help, please.
