   Hi, I have SB Welcome Email Editor plugin installed on my site http://www.farahali.me, but it's not working, not sending any emails at all.

   Hi. Try disabling all other plugins and changing the theme to twentyeleven. There isn't any other way to diagnose this without more information. Usually it's a plugin conflict or something so we need to establish which it is and then decide how best to resolve it.
