   Sean,

   I'm using 3.3.1 and the button on the user list is not appearing (neither is the column or any mouse over option).

   I following your previous instructions and this made no difference.

   If that is not there then I would recommend reverting your theme to default and turning off all other plugins and it *should* show. That would then rule out a theme or plugin conflict.

   Solved my own issue.

   The user meta field 'sb_we_plaintext_pass' is empty for all users setup prior to activation.

   By updating the password in the user's profile, this set the field value so the Remind PW button shows up on the mouseover for that user.
