   The "Add location" button is missing on the add events page.

   Makes it impossible to add new events.

   You have to go to locations and add new locations before creating your first event. Seems like a UI issue.

   Go to the locations tab in the plugins menu

   then add a location before creating an event.

   Hope this things is worth all the debugging and work arounds.
