    Is it possible to add a twitter bird in the upper left hand corner. Similar to:http://themes.doitmax.de/wordpress/invictus/?p=1880 on my site: http://www.yourwebmentor.com/testing/
    Thanks

    The development version of the feed gives you more options - including a bird to the right of the tweet - as per http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/rotatingtweets.zip - you can see it in operation at http://www.martintod.org.uk/2012/05/29/new-twitter-plugin-to-show-tweets-in-rotation/

    If you just want to put a bird to the left of your tweets, you can do so as per http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-rotating-tweets-widget-and-shortcode-adding-larry-bird-in-front-of-twitter-feed-for-rotating-tweets-plugin?replies=2 by adding the following to your CSS:

    /* Makes a bird appear to the left of your tweets - you can find more birds at https://dev.twitter.com/docs/image-resources */
    div.rotatingtweet {
    	background-image: url('https://dev.twitter.com/sites/default/files/images_documentation/bird_blue_32.png');
    	background-repeat:no-repeat;
    	background-position:left top;
    	padding-left: 38px;
    }

    Well, added the code and it moved the text to the right but bird isn't showing.

    Your CSS has ended up with a very strange link to the bird

    background-image:url(http://www.yourwebmentor.com/testing/\'https://dev.twitter.com/sites/default/files/images_documentation/bird_blue_32.png\');

    Perhaps try replacing this with:

    background-image:url('wp-content/plugins/rotatingtweets/images/bird_blue_32.png');

    Weird on the http://www.yourwebmentor.com/testing/sponsors/ page the correct location is showing in the code; I uploaded to:http://www.yourwebmentor.com/testing/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/bird_blue_32.png and changed your code, but still not showing, it's a mystery, ha.

    I think the backslashes next to the inverted commas (i.e. \') are killing the link. Perhaps try removing ' and see what happens!

    I'll also see if I can provide an easy solution and upload it for you.

    Removing the ' worked, Thanks for your quick responses.

    Good news! Pleased it worked! :-)

    I've also added a feature into the latest development version where if you rename the yourstyle-sample.css file in the rotatingtweets/css/ directory into yourstyle.css, you'll get the same effect!
