It's not clear from the plugin FAQ/Instructions -- can you export your collected information from WP into a new GEDCOM file? And can visitors easily download such a GEDCOM file themselves, or do I have to post the copy somewhere myself?

Currently there is no GEDCOM export, although I have considered it.
Of course you could upload the GED as an attachment they can download
