   For optimal reliability, copy rs_cache_flush.php into your WP root directory so it can be executed directly if needed.

   on the options page

   The file is actually called cache_flush_rs.php and is in the admin directory.

   Please fix.

   No, that's a different file, and won't accomplish the stated purpose.

   The file I'm talking about is distributed in role-scoper/wp_root_optional.
