   How can I configure to unable the authors to moderate comments! Thanx for the help. Sorry bad english

   The problem that you're having isn't really related to the "Role Scoper" plugin, as indicated in your title. It's really a bug in the core WordPress software.

   I wrote an article about it a few months ago, including a link to the open bug ticket and temporary fix:

   I just looked and the bug ticket now notes that this won't be fixed in WordPress core until 3.4, but you can still manually apply the fix.
