   Some menus from the 'Appearance' menu have disappeared:
   -Themes
   -Widgets
   -Theme Options

   I cannot find any restrictions that would have caused this.

   MultiSite setup -- cannot recreate it in other sites using the same plugin.

   Thoughts?

   As you said, this only affects super admins on Multisite installations. I've developed a fix for inclusion in Role Scoper 1.3.47, which I plan to release today.
