[Plugin: Role Scoper] Menus Under Appearance Gone?

Some menus from the ‘Appearance’ menu have disappeared:
-Themes
-Widgets
-Theme OptionsI cannot find any restrictions that would have caused this.
MultiSite setup — cannot recreate it in other sites using the same plugin.
Thoughts?
